University Book Store - Friday

My wife, fellow SF writer Syne Mitchell, will be reading and signing her latest book this Friday at 7 PM at the University Book Store in Seattle, Washington.

I’ll be there, too. If you’re in the neighborhood, please stop by and say hello!

Oh, what I wouldn't give to be able to attend.

Alas, I am about as far away from Seattle as the continental United States will allow for me to be.

Certainly not by choice. :/

Hope you have fun!

Great to see you Patrick, and sorry that you couldn’t make it Angel.

We had a blast and I got to wear my new pimpin' GEARS OF WAR t-shirt!

Of course I had to chase my three-year old son, Kai, around the University Book Store...but that's all good, too.

We'll probably do another signing for the charity ELEMENTAL Anthology (hopefully with Bill Dietz) in August. And then -- at some future date -- a few signings for that other novel I'm working on....

Aw, man! What a cool name!

You really chose a cool name for your son, man, spelling and everything.

That's one that I am considering for my kid whenever he comes along...

Eh, gotta meet the Mrs. first though, ya know what I mean? lol

PS - Good luck with the Elemental fundraising.

Us SF people, we be good at naming our kidlets, right Eric? :)

(Our 4-year-old is named Orion.)

Absolutely, Patrick.

Btw, Kai was almost named "Corwin."

Thankfully Syne vetoed that!
